The Standard snorkel is a straight tube, and for cuddlers who sit upright or lie on their side it's all you need. But if you're the one who ends up face-down at the bottom of the pile, holding a vertical pipe straight up out of your mouth means craning your neck and clenching your jaw for the whole session.

The Deluxe solves that with a factory-formed 45° bend set a few inches above the mouthpiece. The lower section meets your mouth at a natural, relaxed angle while the upper section still rises straight up to clear the surface of the pile. You can lie flat, turn your cheek to the floor, and rest your head — and keep drawing full breaths the entire time.
